Antonia Stessl-Heilmeier, PhD

I am a systemic coach, constellations facilitator, and Ancient Healing Arts practitioner. My work weaves together systemic perspectives, shamanic wisdom, and energy medicine to support transgenerational healing, clarity, and soul transformation.

My journey began with systemic family constellations, where I trained with Dr. Ilse Kutschera and Helmut Eichenmüller, and later with teachers such as Francesca Mason Boring, Emily Blefeld, and Dan Cohen. Alongside this, I have studied shamanism with Vera Griebert-Schröder, Sandra Ingerman, Daan van Kampenhout and Betsy Bergstrom, and learned the practices of energy medicine with Lisa Ishwari Murphy. These teachers have shown me how to listen to the knowing field, honor ancestral wisdom, remember my soul's knowing, and bring rhythm and flow into everyday life.

In parallel, I built a career in the Big4 auditing and consulting world, working for more than 15 years on governance systems and transformation projects across Europe and the US. There I discovered how systemic and energetic approaches can bring breakthroughs in complex situations where conventional methods reach their limits.

Today, my purpose is to connect worlds - ancient and modern, visible and invisible, personal and collective — and to create spaces where healing, movement, and transformation can unfold.
