General Terms and Conditions for Retreats, Workshops and Individual Sessions
Binding Registration – Conclusion of Contract
By completing and submitting the registration form, you enter into a binding contract for participation in the selected retreat or workshop.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of a retreat or workshop by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full or an alternative date will be offered.
Payment Terms
For retreats and workshops, the participation fee is due upon booking.
For individually booked sessions (e.g., consultations, coaching, or similar), payment is due no later than one (1) day after the session has taken place.
Cancellation of Retreats or Workshops
For cancellations made between three (3) months and one (1) month prior to the start of the retreat or workshop, fifty percent (50%) of the participation fee shall become due.
For cancellations made less than one (1) month prior to the start of the retreat or workshop, or in the event of non-attendance, the full participation fee shall be payable.
If a suitable replacement participant is provided, no cancellation fees shall apply.
Booking of Individual Sessions
For separately booked sessions (e.g., consultations, coaching, or similar), a cancellation period of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment applies.
Cancellations made within less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior cancellation, will result in the full session fee being charged.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for the non-performance or postponement of a retreat, workshop, or session due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, the organizer will either reschedule the event or refund the participation fee already paid.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in retreats, workshops, and sessions is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damage to personal property occurring during participation.
Health & Responsibility
Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental health to take part in the retreat, workshop, or session, and that they participate on their own responsibility. The offerings do not constitute medical treatment or psychotherapy and are not a substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, or other professional care. Each participant remains responsible for their own wellbeing and actions during the event.
Applicable Law
Exclusively German law shall apply.
Severability Clause
Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the intended purpose while appropriately taking into account the contractual interests of the parties.
